Wedding - $15,500 CAD
From multiple phone calls and meetings to customized questionnaires, our goal is to get to know you so we can document what’s real and important. After all, this is the day we are going to celebrate your love, your commitment, your partnership. Forget the poses and expectations of what photos “should” be, we’re all about creating an experience together that authentically preserves this milestone of your life.
We provide guidance on ways to personalize your wedding to craft a day full of intentional details. Our complementary consultations and planning assistance also includes locations, timelines, and vendor recommendations. We hope that years from now, when you look back at all the photos we created together, they will put a smile on your face and warm your heart.
- Wedding: 12 hours coverage by 2 photographers & 1 lighting assistant
- Reception: 5 hours coverage by 2 photographers & 1 lighting assistant
- Pre-reception photo shoot: 1 hour coverage by 1 photographer & 1 lighting assistant
- Complimentary consultations and planning assistance (locations, timelines, vendor recommendations)
- A private and secured online gallery with unlimited downloads
- Edited, full resolution images provided on a USB drive (JPEG format) in 5 weeks
- 1/3 of the total amount due at the time of booking
- Pre-wedding events/ Additional / Overtime hours: $675/hr
For bookings outside of Vancouver, there will be additional travel/accommodation expenses for our team of 3 that are not included in the package: flights, hotel (2 rooms), car rental (if required); we arrive the day before the first event and leave the morning after the last event.
To keep the booking process fair, our policy is that we do not hold or secure dates without a signed contract and retainer. It breaks our heart when we get to learn about a couple, fall in love with their story, and find out we're now booked for their dates. Collection includes
Pre-Wedding
Photo Shoot $2950 CAD
- 2 hours at one location with one outfit
- Approximately 75 edited, full resolution images delivered in 2 weeks
- Scheduled on weekdays from Monday to Thursday
- Travel fees all included within a 2 hour driving distance of Vancouver
- Travel/accommodation fees for destination shoots are not included in the package
- Complimentary consultations and planning assistance (locations, outfits, styling, timeline)
- Custom online gallery with unlimited downloads
Due to limited availability, we currently provide pre-wedding/engagement photo shoot services exclusively to couples who have a wedding booking with our team. This shoot is an add-on to the wedding package if desired.
Session includes
We spend countless hours selecting and editing your photos. Our editing is completed in-house and not outsourced to third party editors.
OUR WORK CONTINUES LONG AFTER THE WEDDING DAY IS OVER
We edit each photo with care, as we enhance the details without losing the photo’s authenticity. Once the editing is complete, you will be provided with an online gallery featuring the best captures. The amount of photos will vary from wedding to wedding, depending on the number of events, traditions, etc. The photos will also be provided on a usb drive.
