At Amrit Photography, we intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year to give every couple the attention and care they deserve. Additional Considerations
- Travel and accommodation expenses for our team of three are not included in the package. We will arrive the day before the first event and depart the morning after the last one.
- Additional coverage beyond the contracted hours is available at a rate of USD $675 per hour.

Delivery of Images
- Edited, high-resolution images will be delivered in JPEG format on a USB drive within five weeks of the wedding.
- You will receive access to a private and secure online gallery with unlimited downloads for one year, allowing for easy sharing with family and friends.
Payment Terms
- A non-refundable retainer of one-third of the total investment is due at the time of contract signing.
- The remaining balance is payable one month prior to the wedding.

- A formal contract outlining the terms and conditions will be provided upon acceptance of this proposal.

Every photograph is edited in-house with meticulous attention to detail—never outsourced—so that the final collection feels both polished and true to the moment. Our editing enhances natural colors, tones, and textures while preserving the authenticity of each image. Once complete, your photos will be delivered in a thoughtfully curated online gallery, showcasing the most meaningful moments from your day. The final number of images will vary based on your wedding’s events and traditions, but each one is chosen with intention—to preserve the day exactly as you lived it.
